By accessing or using WealthLab (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WealthLab (a sole proprietorship registered in India). Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using WealthLab, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

WealthLab is a subscription-based data analytics platform that provides:

• Relative Strength (RS) screening and analytics for all NSE stocks
• Stage 2 technical analysis and performance tracking
• Market capitalization distribution analysis
• Sector-wise performance metrics
• Stock watchlist and tracking capabilities
• Alpha Edge™ proprietary analytical methodology

The Platform is a data analytics and research tool. It is NOT:

• A SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst
• A provider of personalized investment recommendations
• A trading platform or broker
• A guarantee of investment returns or performance

4.1 Subscription Model

WealthLab operates on a subscription-only basis. Access to the Platform requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize WealthLab to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at contact@wealthlab.in within 7 days of your initial subscription or renewal. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

As a user of WealthLab, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account access with others
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
• Not use the Platform to make unauthorized investment recommendations to others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may NOT use WealthLab to:

• Provide investment advice or recommendations to third parties without proper SEBI registration
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
• Resell or commercialize access to the Platform
• Violate any applicable securities laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform for market manipulation or illegal trading activities

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by WealthLab and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 Proprietary Methodology

Alpha Edge™ is a proprietary analytical methodology developed by WealthLab. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of our proprietary methods is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Limited License

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include rights to:

• Reproduce or redistribute Platform content
• Create derivative works from Platform data or analytics
• Use Platform data for commercial purposes
• License, sell, or transfer your access to others

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including:

• Adding or removing features
• Changing subscription plans or pricing
• Modifying analytical methodologies
• Updating data sources or coverage
• Temporarily suspending service for maintenance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited uses
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination. Downloaded or cached data must be deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
